RAPID PLUG (Instant Plugging)
RAPID PLUG is a instant plugging mortar supplied in dry powder form. This constitutes a blend of Special Cements, graded fillers and chemicals set control Agents.
- RAPID PLUG is easy to use; it is supplied in powder form. It only needs addition of water before use.
- Rapid setting property of this product makes it useful in stopping running water.
- RAPID PLUG hardens to a high strength which is comparable to the strength of members under repair in hours only.
- RAPID PLUG is highly compatible for use with all cementitious material, stone, brick etc.
MIXING
- Clean the Surface to be treated as per normal surface preparation methods for removing Concrete loose particles, deleterious materials etc.
- Damp down the Surface
- Mix Rapid Plug and Water in the Proportion of 3 volumes of powder and 1 volume of water and mix to obtain a stiff Consistency Paste.
- Press in position or trowel the paste to the finishing level and use normally.
